Cookie Policy

What cookies do

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Some support website functions and security; others are used by optional external services. You can use the service request form without accepting Google Maps.

Essential website functions

WordPress administrator login and security features may use cookies when those features are used. Complianz stores your privacy choices in first-party cookies including cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_functional, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics and cmplz_policy_id. These record consent categories and policy status, rather than your service request details. Consent preferences are configured to expire after 180 days.

Optional Google Maps

The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed showing a sample Houston location. It is blocked before consent. If you allow External services, your browser connects to Google; Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information and use its own cookies. See Google Privacy Policy and Google cookie information. Google controls its cookie names and lifetimes.

Analytics and advertising

No Google Analytics, advertising pixel or advertising tag is configured in the current website setup. If these services are added later, the consent configuration and this policy must be updated before the new trackers are enabled.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use the Cookie Settings control to accept all optional services, reject optional services or save your selected preferences. Rejecting optional services keeps Google Maps blocked. Withdrawing consent stops future loading of the optional embed; it cannot undo information already sent to Google. You can also delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
